Product and Establishment Licences

Most health products in Canada require a licence in order for them to be offered for sale in Canada, as well as the facilities that manufacture, import and sell them require a licence.  The product licences and the facility licences are two separate types of licences governed by different bureaus within Health Canada. 

Added to the above, depending on your product type, the product or the facility is further reviewed by a separate division at Health Canada.
